Spash Advisors Private Limited

We are located at 33A J.L. Nehru Road, which is a pretty central spot in Kolkata. Our office is way up on the 14th floor in Room A12. It takes a bit of time to get up there if the lifts are busy, which they usually are around lunchtime and in the evening. The office isn't very big, but it is enough for our team of advisors. We spend our days sitting around the table or at our desks, talking through different plans and looking over documents. It’s not a flashy place. We have some shelves full of folders and a few plants that we sometimes forget to water. The view from the window is actually quite nice since we are so high up, but we are usually too busy with our work to look out much. Most of the people working here have been together for a while, so it feels more like a small group of friends than a big company. We don't have any fancy rules about how to talk or what to wear. We just focus on being helpful and getting the advice right. It is a bit of a walk from the metro station, but it keeps us active. We handle things in a very simple way. No one is trying to sound more important than they are. We just take care of the business and help the people who come to see us. It’s a good place to work for all of us.
