Sonika Marbles

We have been located at No. 15, Noormal Lohia Lane for quite a while now. Most folks around here know us as Sonika Marbles. Being right in Kesoram Katra in the middle of the Bortola and Barabazar Market area means there is always something going on. It is a very busy spot but we like the energy. We handle marble stuff every single day. Some days are definitely more hectic than others. It is just a regular shop where we try to get the job done right for whoever walks in. People come in from all over the market area looking for pieces for their floors or maybe their walls. We keep our stock here and talk to customers about what they are looking for. It isn't a fancy showroom or anything polished like that. Just a workplace where we move heavy stones around. My family helps out sometimes too. It gets pretty dusty, but that is just part of the work we do. If you are walking through Noormal Lohia Lane, you will see us. We have seen the market change a lot over the years. Some shops closed down and others opened up, but we stayed put in this same corner. We do not spend much time on the internet or anything, mostly just talking to people face to face. It feels better that way. Sometimes the traffic in Barabazar makes deliveries a bit of a headache, but we always manage to find a way. We just keep working.
