You can find Sonar Bangla Channel at Door No-371/2-A on Dhamharbar Road. We are in the Bhiala area, which is right near the Ashoka Cinema Hall. If you hear the movies playing through the walls, you know you’re close to us. Our office is a bit of a mix of wires, screens, and old chairs. It’s not a polished TV studio like you see in the big cities. We are just local people trying to keep things running for everyone. Dhamharbar Road can be pretty busy, especially when a movie is about to start or finish at the Ashoka Cinema. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It’s usually just a couple of us sitting around, checking feeds and making sure everything is working like it should. Sometimes the equipment acts up, and we have to spend a few hours poking at it until it behaves again. We like being in Bhiala because we feel connected to what’s happening around us. We aren't trying to be famous or anything. We just want to provide a service that people in the neighborhood can use. Our walls are covered with posters and notes that we probably should have taken down months ago. It’s a bit messy, but it’s real. We just show up every day and do our best with what we have here on Dhamharbar Road for the community.
