Snow Queen Realty Private Limited

Snow Queen Realty Private Limited is over at Fort Oasis on Panditia Extension. We’ve been in this building for a while now, specifically on the 19th floor. It’s a pretty busy part of Kolkata. Most days here are just about keeping track of files and answering the phone when it rings. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the paperwork done for the properties we handle. Being in Fort Oasis means we see a lot of people coming and going. Sometimes the lift takes a bit long because it's a tall building, but you get used to it. We aren't trying to do anything world-changing here. It is just a small team of us working through the daily list of things to do. Most of the work is just talking to people about where they want to live and looking at maps of the local area. It’s quiet in the mornings before the traffic starts picking up outside on the main roads. If you come by, you’ll probably find one of us sorting through documents or staring at a computer screen. There is always a lot of tea being drunk. We don’t really have a big fancy reception or anything like that. It’s just an office with desks and chairs and a lot of folders. That is pretty much what we do every day.
