If you know where the Anami Club is, then you know where we are because we are directly opposite to it. The road gets quite a lot of people walking by, especially in the evenings when things cool down. We have been operating from this same spot for quite a while now. It's a simple setup inside. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that, mostly just people seeing the sign when they go to the club or walk down Manujan Dutta Road. It’s a men's parlour, so it’s usually just us and the customers talking about local things. We try to keep the place tidy but it’s a working shop, so there’s always something happening. The area around here is nice and we know most of the shopkeepers nearby. Being across from the club helps because there is always a landmark to tell people. You don't have to search too hard to find number 14. We just show up every day and do what needs to be done. It's not a complicated business. We just provide what the local men need when they want to look a bit sharper. The street has its own rhythm and we are just a small part of it. We keep our doors open and just get on with it daily as a regular local shop.
