Skandama Realtors Private Limited operates out of 235/2A Acharya Jagadish Chandrabose Road. That’s a major road in Kolkata 700020, so we are pretty easy to find, though the traffic can be a bit much during rush hour. Our office is a place where we put in long hours dealing with all sorts of real estate matters. It’s a straight-to-the-point kind of business. We look at houses, apartments, and commercial spaces. Some days we are out on the road visiting sites, and other days we are stuck behind our desks sorting out contracts. We’ve been working in the Kolkata real estate scene for a while now. We know the different neighborhoods and what they have to offer. We don't have a mission statement or any of that corporate stuff. We just stick to doing a decent day's work. The people who work here are practical and have a lot of experience. We’ve seen the market go up and down, but we just keep doing what we do. Our office isn't decorated with awards; it’s filled with maps and property files. We prefer it that way. It’s a real business run by real people who understand how properties change hands in this city. We just keep our heads down and focus on the work. It takes a lot of patience to get through the daily grind, but we are used to it. Every month brings a different set of challenges.
