Shri Punam Tools

Our place is at 10 Ganesh Chandra Avenue. If you know the area, you know it is a hub for tools and industrial stuff. We have been here for a good bit now, right on the street where everyone passes by. The shop is full of metal, heavy boxes, and the smell of oil sometimes. It is not the cleanest looking place, but that is because we are actually working. We spend most of our time unpacking crates or helping someone figure out which size tool they actually need for their project. It is mostly regulars who come in, people from the nearby workshops or guys who do repairs for a living. We keep a lot of stock because you never know what someone might walk in and ask for on a Tuesday afternoon. There is a lot of lifting involved, so we are usually pretty tired by the end of the day. The lights inside are not the brightest, but we know our way around the aisles. We do not use computers for everything; sometimes it is just easier to write it down in the ledger. It keeps things simple. We do not have a website or anything like that, just the shop and the sign outside. It is a busy street, so there is always something happening right outside the door. We just stay focused on the tools and getting the orders sorted for the guys who depend on us to have what they need for work.
