Shreepati Properties LLP is based out of the Shantiniketan Building on Camac Street. We are on the 5th floor in Room Number 15. The area around Park Circus is always humming with energy. Kolkata 700017 is a place where you really feel the pulse of the city. Our office is a practical space. We have our desks, our chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets. Real estate involves a lot of documents, and we spend plenty of time making sure they are all in order. We’ve been in this building for a while, so we know the other people working on this floor. It’s a bit of a community. Some mornings we get in early to beat the Camac Street traffic, which can be pretty bad. We handle property matters for people in the city, doing the legwork that most folks don't want to do themselves. It isn't always easy, especially when things get stuck in bureaucracy. But we’ve learned how to navigate those things over time. We aren’t interested in flashy advertising. We just like to let our work speak for itself. Most of our day is spent talking to folks or visiting sites. It’s a solid, honest way to make a living in this city. We just take it one property at a time and try to stay organized through all the chaos. It keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday without much downtime or any of those fancy corporate meetings.
