We are tucked away at 7 Garpar Road, right in the Yogi Para area of Machuabazar. It is a narrow street and things can get pretty crowded during the middle of the day. Our shop is small and we have been in this neighborhood for years. Most of the people who live around here know where we are. We don't have a fancy website or a big sign with bright lights. Usually, we are just sitting inside with the door open, talking to neighbors or checking our ledgers. The walls are covered with old maps and notes we’ve scribbled down about different houses in Garpar. It is a traditional kind of place. We handle a lot of local rentals and some sales when they come up. It's mostly word of mouth that brings people to us. We know which buildings have good water supply and which ones might have issues with the old wiring. That is the kind of stuff you only learn by being here every single day. The traffic on Garpar Road can be a bit of a nightmare, especially when the delivery trucks are trying to get through, but it’s home to us. We drink a lot of tea and talk to anyone who walks in. There is no pressure here. We just tell people what we know about the available rooms or shops. If we don’t have what you need, we just say so. It is a simple way of doing things.
