Shree Balaji Marbles

Shree Balaji Marbles is located at 86/2-C, Topsia Road, which is right on the South EM Bypass. It is a busy spot in Kolkata, so getting here can be a bit of a challenge with the traffic sometimes. We have a good variety of marbles and stones packed into our space. It’s not a huge showroom, but we make the most of the room we have. When you come in, you’ll probably see us moving slabs around or talking to customers about their home renovations. Marble is a tricky thing because every piece is different, so we spend a lot of time helping people pick the right one. It’s a lot of physical labor, and we often go home with stone dust on our shoes and clothes. We've been at this address for a long time now. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. Most of our customers are people from the neighborhood or builders who have worked with us before. We just try to give a fair price and make sure the stone gets delivered without breaking. Sometimes the bypass is blocked and things get delayed, but we do our best to stay on schedule and keep folks informed. We are just regular people running a small stone business. We like what we do, and we like seeing the finished floors when a project is finally done. It makes all the heavy lifting feel worth it in the end.
