You can find us over at Shrachi Tower, up on the 8th floor. The address is 686 Anandapur, right at the E.M. Bypass and R.B. Connector Junction. It’s a very busy part of Kolkata 700107. Being up on the 8th floor gives us a bit of a view of the traffic moving along the bypass. Shrachi Beeu Realestate LLP is basically a group of us who handle real estate stuff every single day. We spend hours looking at floor plans and going through contracts. It’s the kind of work that requires a lot of patience. The junction downstairs is always noisy, but up here, we just focus on the files. We’ve been operating from this tower for some time now. Some people think real estate is all about fast deals, but for us, it’s mostly about checking the fine print and making sure everything is correct. We aren’t trying to be the biggest name out there. We just want to do our work properly and go home. Usually, the office is filled with the sound of keyboards and people talking on their mobiles. We take our lunch breaks together when we can, often just grabbing something quick from a stall nearby. It’s a regular office environment with regular people. We know the Anandapur area quite well since we spend so much time here. Every day is a bit different depending on which properties are moving. It’s a solid way to spend the week. We just keep our heads down and get the job done.
