Shine

Shine is located over on K C Ghosh Road in the Sinthee part of North Kolkata. It’s a neighborhood where everyone seems to know everyone else. We’ve been operating from this location for some time now. It’s not a huge place, just a decent-sized room where we get things done. We deal with various things depending on what the day brings. The street outside can get quite narrow and congested with rickshaws, but that’s Sinthee for you. Inside, we try to keep things moving. We aren't really into those polished corporate ways of doing things. We talk to our customers like they’re our neighbors, because usually, they are. If someone is in a hurry, we try to speed things up. If they want to sit and talk while we work, that’s fine too. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but the equipment works and that’s what matters most to us. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or anything. We just want to do a good job so people come back next time. Being near the 700050 pin code feels like home to us. It’s a busy life, and we are just happy to be a part of the local market here. Sometimes we stay open a bit late if there’s work left over, but we don't mind. We just lock up when the job is finally finished.
