Vividha Couture

We are over at No. 2 A Shakespeare Sarani. It’s an old spot, but it works for what we do here at Vividha Couture. Most days it’s just us surrounded by rolls of cloth and half-finished pieces that need attention. The street outside is usually pretty busy with traffic and people walking by, so there’s always something to look at if we take a break. We’ve got a few sewing machines that have seen better days but they still run alright. Sometimes the light in the back room flickers a bit, but we’re used to it by now. We don't really do anything fancy here, just get the work done as it comes in. A lot of the people who stop by have been coming to us for quite some time, so we know their names and what they usually like. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons when the sun hits the front windows, but we just open the door to get some air moving through. It’s not a huge place, just a simple workspace where we keep our tools and stock. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the scraps of fabric end up all over the floor by the time we’re closing up for the evening. If you’re looking for us, we’re right there in that stretch of the road, tucked in among the other shops and offices. It's a decent place to spend the day working.
