This little business is located in the Bowomali area of Behala, specifically on Naskar Road. It is a very local setup, and we have been part of this community for quite a long time. The road can get quite narrow and busy, especially when the local market is in full swing or when the monsoon rains start to flood the low-lying areas. Our workspace is humble and doesn't have any of the bells and whistles you might find in a big city office. We have just the basic tools and furniture we need to get through our daily tasks. It’s a quiet place for the most part, except for the occasional sound of a passing rickshaw or children playing in the street nearby. We don't really use a lot of technology or complicated systems here. We prefer doing things the old-fashioned way with pen and paper and direct conversations. Everyone who comes by knows us, and we know them too. It’s the kind of place where you can stop for a chat even if you aren't there for business. We don't have any grand plans to expand into a giant corporation; we are quite happy just serving the local people and making a decent living right here on Naskar Road. It’s our home as much as it is our place of work. We take pride in just being consistent and showing up every morning.
