SEVEN HEIGHTS RELTORS LLP

We’re up on the 4th floor, Flat-4B, at 5 Gurusaday Road. Seven Heights Reltors LLP is based here in Kolkata, and we spend our days looking at property deals and managing local real estate. It’s a decent area, 700019, and the building is easy to spot. We aren't some big corporate machine. We are just local people who know the housing market in West Bengal. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing, and other days it's quiet enough to actually get some filing done. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon when we talk to folks. It’s just simple talk about what’s available and what the costs are. The office is a bit small, but it works for us. We’ve got some plants by the window that we sometimes forget to water, but they’re still hanging in there. Most of our work is just practical stuff, like checking titles and making sure people are happy with their new spaces. We don't have a big polished image. We’re just regular workers who know our way around the city. If you need something, you just come up to the fourth floor and knock on the door. We’re usually there from nine to five, unless we’re out at a site visit. It can get a bit hot in the afternoons, but the view of the trees outside is nice. We just take things as they come and try to be helpful without being pushy about it.
