Seema Jangra

We are over in Uttam Nagar in Kolkata. Seema Jangra is the name you’ll see associated with this place. It’s a lively neighborhood where something is always happening on the street outside. Our setup is pretty basic. We have a front area where we receive people and a back area where most of the heavy lifting happens. We don't have a big staff, just a few local folks who know how to get things done. The building itself has seen better days, but it serves us well and the rent is fair. We spend a lot of time organizing things and making sure we don't lose track of our orders or the people we need to call back. It’s not always perfectly tidy, especially on Mondays when everything seems to happen at once. We don't use any fancy software, just the usual tools and some notebooks that have seen a lot of use. People in the area know us by name, which is nice. We aren't trying to become a huge company or anything. We just want to keep the lights on and do a good job for the people who rely on us. Sometimes the humidity in Kolkata makes everything feel a bit slow, but we keep the fans going and stay on task as best as we can.
