You’ll find us on the 1st floor at 14, N.S. Road. This is where Script Commercial LLP does its thing. It’s an old part of Kolkata, near all the banks and government buildings. The 700001 area is always packed with people moving fast. Our office is a bit more relaxed, though we still keep busy. We deal with commercial properties mostly. It involves a lot of reading through contracts and making sure the numbers add up correctly. We aren't a massive company with a hundred employees. Just a small group trying to keep things running smoothly. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we’re too busy with work to worry about that right now. We know the streets around here like the back of our hand. Lunch is usually something quick from a nearby shop. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just come in, answer the phones, and help people with their commercial space needs. It’s honest work. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but we just chip away at it every day. West Bengal has its own way of doing things, and we’ve learned to navigate it over the years. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do. The office is usually filled with the sound of old fans and keyboard typing. We aren't looking to change the world, just to help our clients with their property details and get things done right.
