Scissors Top

You can find Scissors Top at Tulsi Dham in the Bangur area, right off Jessore Road. We are tucked away in a spot that the local people know very well. The shop is a basic hair cutting place for men and boys. We have the usual mirrors and heavy chairs that you see in any neighborhood shop. It is not a very big space, but we have managed to fit everything we need to work properly inside. Jessore Road is usually very busy with traffic, so it can be a bit noisy outside, but it's a good location for a business. We get a lot of people stopping by on their way home from their jobs. We do not do anything too flashy or modern. Most men come in for a standard trim or to get their beard cleaned up. We have some old newspapers and magazines lying around for when there is a wait. The lighting is just regular tube lights, and we keep the place as clean as we can with a broom. It’s a family-run kind of feel here, nothing too serious. We’ve known some of our customers since they were little kids coming in with their fathers. We don't have a massive sign, just enough so you can see who we are. It’s just about providing a place where you can get a haircut and then get back to your day without any trouble or wasted time.
