Saraf Overseas

Park Street is a very famous part of the city but our office at 61-A is pretty modest. Saraf Overseas is just a regular place where we handle a lot of paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. You can hear the cars honking outside all the time but inside we just focus on getting the shipments sorted out. The office has old wooden desks and stacks of files that seem to grow every week. We have a couple of ceiling fans that keep the air moving, though it still gets stuffy in the afternoons. We aren't really the type of people who wear suits or try to look important. Most of us have been working here together for years and we know the routine by heart. We deal with people from all over and the phone rings at odd hours sometimes. We usually eat our lunch together at the back while talking about the news or the street traffic. It is a busy atmosphere because things are always moving in the overseas trade. We don't have a big lobby or anything to show off. People come here to talk business and we just give them the facts of what is happening with their orders. It is a steady kind of life and we like being in the middle of Park Street where everything is happening. It is just our normal daily grind.
