Sangeeta Properties LLP is situated at 133A, S.P. Mukherjee Road. We are up on the third floor in Flat No. 3A. It is a busy road, and finding a parking spot can be a real headache some days, but we like being in the middle of everything. The climb up to the third floor keeps us in shape, though we do huff and puff a bit when we’re carrying heavy files. Our office isn't a showpiece. It’s a working space where we spend most of our daylight hours. We have some old filing cabinets and a few desks that have seen better days. We don't have a marketing department or a fancy logo. It’s just us. We deal with property stuff, mostly helping folks figure out their options in this part of the city. We’ve seen S.P. Mukherjee Road change a lot over the years, with new shops opening and old ones closing down. We try to stay honest and just give people the facts without any fluff. Sometimes the afternoon sun hits the windows and makes the office really hot, so we have to keep the fans going at full speed. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group trying to run a straightforward business. If you come by, you’ll probably find us sorting through papers or talking on the phone. It’s not exciting, but it’s our living and we do it well.
