Our office is located over in the Atghora area, right by Chinar Park. It's a spot that’s gotten much busier lately with all the work happening around Tegharia and Newtown. Sandeep G Real Estate has been here through a lot of these changes. We see people coming from all over looking for a place to stay or invest in this part of town. The office isn't anything special, just a practical space where we can meet and talk about what’s on the market. We spend a lot of time driving between Chinar Park and the newer blocks in Newtown to check on properties. Sometimes the traffic is a mess, but that’s just how it is here in this part of the city. We handle a mix of residential stuff and some commercial bits too. If you're walking around the Tegharia neighborhood, you might notice how much it has grown. We try to keep track of who is selling and what the going rates are. It’s mostly about knowing the local streets and which buildings are actually finished. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know the area well. We like it this way because we can actually talk to people properly. Most of our day is spent on the phone or out at site visits. It’s a lot of walking and talking. We just try to get the facts right for anyone who asks us for help finding a place.
