Being on Park Street means there is always noise outside. Our office at 18A is where we spend most of our time. Sand & Sea Properties LLP is just a small setup here in Kolkata. We do property work, mostly just local stuff for people in West Bengal. It’s a busy area so there’s always something happening right outside the door. Sometimes the elevator acts up and we have to take the stairs. It’s good exercise, I guess, even if it’s a bit tiring in the summer. We aren't doing anything flashy. Just handling the usual real estate tasks. People come in with questions about buying or selling, and we do our best to help them out with the paperwork. We've been at this address for a while now. Most of our clients are locals who know the street well. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. It's just us and our computers. We try to keep things simple and honest. The office gets a bit cluttered with all the maps and files, but we know where everything is kept. It is a noisy but good place to work.
