Saloon Aanshu

Saloon Aanshu sits right on Dum Dum Park Main Road, specifically at the 12C/2 bus stand. It’s a very busy area in Kolkata, 700055. Because we are so close to the bus stop, we see a lot of people coming and going all day long. Some people just pop in for a quick trim while they are waiting for their bus to arrive. It is a small shop, but we try to keep it organized. We have the standard barber chairs and the big mirrors that cover most of the wall. There is always the sound of the traffic outside—horns honking and buses pulling up. It’s just part of the atmosphere here. We don't have fancy air conditioning that works all the time, but we have good fans that keep the air moving. Our customers are mostly local men and boys from around Dum Dum Park. They come in for their regular cuts or maybe a shave on a Sunday morning. We keep our tools on the little shelves next to the chairs. It’s a simple life, cutting hair and talking to the people from the area. We aren't trying to be a high-end place with a name like a designer brand. We are just a local saloon where you can get a decent haircut for a fair price. The 12C/2 bus stand is the best landmark to find us. Stop by anytime you are passing through.
