Sachish Realty LLP is located right on Chittaranjan Avenue, at number 5. We are on the first floor, which is lucky because we don't have to climb too many stairs. If you’ve ever walked down this street, you know how loud and crowded it gets. There are people everywhere and the sound of horns never really stops. Our office is in one of those older buildings that has seen a lot of history. The ceilings are high, and the walls are thick, which helps a bit with the noise from the traffic outside. We don't have a bunch of fancy modern furniture. Most of our desks have been with us for years, and they have the scratches to prove it. We aren't here to impress anyone with a polished image. We just do our work, which mostly involves real estate matters around this part of the city. We know the neighborhood like the back of our hands because we spend so much time walking around it. Sometimes we have a little trouble with the old wiring in the building, but we manage just fine. We aren't a big corporate machine; we are just a group of people who like working in the heart of the city. It’s a practical place for practical work. We usually have the windows open to let some air in, even if it brings in the city dust. That’s just life on the Avenue and we wouldn't change it.
