S. S. SERVICE

Our head office is located on Sarat Sarani in Kamrabad North, which is part of the Sonarpur area. It is a quiet enough spot compared to the main city. We have been operating S. S. Service from here for quite some time now. The building is just a standard place where we keep our tools and coordinate our schedules. Most of the time, our staff is out on the road visiting different sites. The office is mainly for the paperwork and making sure the phones are answered. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us. We know the Sonarpur streets pretty well by now. When someone calls with a problem, we just see who is closest and send them over. It is a very basic way of running things, but it works for us. Sometimes we get behind on the filing, or the tea runs out, but the service calls always get done. We don't try to sound like a giant corporation because we aren't one. We are just local people who know how to fix things. Sarat Sarani is a good base for us. People in Kamrabad North know where to find us if they need to drop something off or ask a question in person. It’s a straightforward business and we plan on keeping it that way for the foreseeable future.
