Rushabh Associates Limited Liability Par tnership is based out of P 40 Princep Street4th Floor, which is right in the middle of a very crowded part of Kolkata. We are way up on the 4th floor. There is a lot of climbing to do every single morning, but I guess it keeps us in shape. The building is one of those older ones you see all over this neighborhood. It’s got a lot of character, even if it’s a bit dusty in the corners. From the windows up there, you can see down onto the street where everything is constantly moving. Princep Street is known for being a hub for all sorts of trade, so there is never a quiet moment during the day. We have our desks set up and we just get on with things. It’s not a shiny corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s more of a practical space where we can focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes the power flickers or the hallway light needs fixing, but we make it work. It feels real, you know? Being up on the fourth floor gives us a little bit of distance from the direct noise of the honking cars down below, which helps. We spend most of our daylight hours here, just working through whatever is on the desk. It’s a straightforward place for a straightforward group of people who don't mind a little bit of a walk upstairs to get to work.
