Rupasree Saloon

Rupasree Saloon is located at Manicktala on Vivekananda Road. If you know the area, we are quite near Ganguram Sweet. That’s a very famous spot, so it makes finding us much easier. The road outside is almost always full of cars and people. Our saloon is a small, straightforward place. It’s been here for quite a long time. We have the standard setup with old-fashioned chairs and big mirrors. It’s not one of those modern places with lots of glass and chrome. It’s just a room where men can get a haircut or a shave without any fuss. The walls have been painted a few times, but they still show some age. We have a couple of staff members who have been working here for years. We know the people of Manicktala well. Some of our customers come in once a month like clockwork. We talk about local news or just stay quiet if that’s what they want. Sundays are the busiest, so the shop gets a bit crowded then. We don't use any fancy equipment, just the usual stuff that works. It’s an honest little business. We open early in the morning. If you are walking down Vivekananda Road after buying some sweets, you’ll see our shop. It’s just a part of the daily life around here. We don't try to be anything we aren't. It’s just a local saloon for the neighborhood men. We keep it simple every day.
