Ruby General Hospital

We’ve been working out of this building at 6E Dhakuria Station Road for a long time now. If you know the Dhakuria area, you know how busy it gets around here with the trains and the people rushing to work every morning. Our hospital is just part of that daily rhythm. We have a lot of different people coming through the doors every day, some just for a quick checkup and others who have to stay a bit longer. The hallways are usually pretty crowded, and there is always someone looking for a specific room or waiting for a doctor to finish up a meeting. Our staff mostly live nearby or take the train in, so we are all pretty familiar with the neighborhood. It’s not a fancy place, but we keep it running. There’s a tea stall just down the road where a lot of us go during breaks when things get a bit overwhelming. The building itself has seen a lot of years, and you can tell by the way the floors look or how the lift sometimes takes its time. We don’t really do anything flashy. We just show up, do our jobs, and try to help the folks who walk in. Some days are smoother than others, and sometimes it gets really chaotic when multiple things happen at once, but that is just how it is in a hospital. We’ve grown used to the noise from the station and the constant hum of the city right outside our windows. We are just here doing the work.
