We have been here at Royalleaf Realtors Llp on Shakespeare Sarani for a while now. Our office is up on the second floor, specifically unit 204. It is a very busy part of Kolkata, especially being so close to Park Circus. Being right in the middle of all that activity helps us keep track of what is actually happening with properties around here. Most days we are just busy answering the phones or looking through paperwork for various real estate deals. The building itself is easy enough to find if you know this area at all. We started this because we know the local market well and just wanted to work for ourselves. It is not a huge operation, just a few of us trying to get things right. Sometimes the traffic on the Sarani is a bit much to deal with, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We handle a lot of different things related to buying and selling. We do not really do big ads or anything like that, mostly just people finding us through word of mouth or seeing the sign outside. The office is not anything fancy, just a practical space where we can sit down and talk about property prices and different locations. We try to be straightforward with anyone who walks in. Dealing with real estate in West Bengal has its ups and downs, but we have stuck with it. If you are near the 700017 area, you have probably passed by.
