ROVA REALTY LLP

If you find yourself on Princep Street, you might walk right past us without noticing. Rova Realty LLP is up on the second floor of P 41, in Room Number 222. It is an old-school building, the kind where you can really feel the history of the street. The hallway is a bit narrow and the light isn't always the best, but once you get inside our room, it’s a good little workspace. We don’t have a big reception area or a coffee machine that does anything fancy. We just have a kettle and some packets of tea for when we need a break. Princep Street is always humming with people and cars, so it’s never truly quiet, but we like the energy. We’ve been operating from this room for a while now. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do our jobs and go home to our families at the end of the day. Most of our work involves keeping track of various properties around the city, and being centrally located makes that a lot easier. Sometimes the rain leaks a little near the window if the wind is blowing the wrong way, but we just put a towel down and keep going. It’s a real office for real work. We don't use polished scripts when we talk to people; we just say things as they are. This place has character, and that is why we stay here.
