Rimjhim Boutique

Rimjhim Boutique is sitting right here at C-5, Raja S.C. Mallick Road. My mother and I started this a while back because we just liked clothes and sewing things ourselves. It isn't a huge place, just a small shop where we keep different fabrics and some readymade stuff for the neighborhood ladies. Most people who come in live nearby and they usually stop by to talk or see what new patterns we've got in. Sometimes the stock is a bit disorganized when we get busy, but we try to keep it moving. We handle a lot of the stitching work right in the back area. It gets a bit cramped when several people are inside at once, especially on weekends or before big holidays when everyone wants something new. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that. People mostly find us just by walking past on Mallick Road. We spend most of our days measuring fabric or fixing a hem that didn't go right the first time. It is a lot of work with needles and thread, but it keeps us busy. We have been in this spot for a good while now and know most of the faces that walk through the door. It is just a regular shop doing what we can with the space we have. Nothing too complicated, really. We just like what we do here and hope it shows in the work we finish up for our neighbors.
