Richiline Consultancy is on the 3rd floor of a building at 7 Raj Mohan Street. Being in Kolkata 700073 means we are right in the thick of things. The stairs up to the third floor can be a bit much if you aren't used to them, but the office is a decent space once you get there. We do consultancy work, which is basically just helping other businesses figure out their plans and problems. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. There are just a few of us here. Our desks are usually covered in notes and charts. We don't have much in the way of decor, just the essentials like computers and a good internet connection. The neighborhood is very busy, so there is always a lot of energy around. We try to keep our work simple and direct. We don't like using big complicated words if we don't have to. When a client comes in, we just sit down and talk through what they need. It is a very practical way of working. Some days are long and we end up staying late to finish a project, but that is just how it goes. We aren't looking for awards or big headlines. We just want to do our consulting work and keep the company running. It is a steady job and we appreciate the people we work with.
