Reliance

Our office is tucked away on Charan Bose Lane in Shibpur, Howrah. It is a bit of a weird address because the paperwork also mentions Una in Himachal Pradesh, but we are right here in the Howrah area. It’s an old part of the city, and the lanes can be a bit narrow and crowded sometimes. We’ve been at this location for some time now, working under the Reliance name. It’s a simple building where we go about our daily routines. Most of the people working here are from around this part of the country. We don't really go for any polished corporate vibes. It’s more about sitting at the desks, handling the paperwork, and talking to the people who come in with questions. The street outside is usually full of life, with tea stalls and people heading to work, and that energy kind of makes its way inside too. We keep the place running as best as we can. Sometimes things get a little disorganized when we are busy, but we always sort it out by the end of the shift. It’s a very grounded sort of workplace. We don't have a lot of big meetings or fancy presentations. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day. Whether it's managing accounts or helping a customer who walked in from the lane, we just do it. It’s an honest way to spend the day.
