Neo Retail Limited

Neo Retail Limited is located in a flat, specifically Flat No. B-9/1, in the 700107 area of Kolkata. It’s not your typical storefront or a big office building. We work out of this space because it suits what we do without costing too much in overhead. Most of our time is spent tracking inventory and dealing with suppliers. Since we are in a residential-style block, it’s quiet enough to get work done but close enough to the main parts of West Bengal to stay connected. We aren't a big team, just a few of us making sure the retail side of things moves along. The desks are crowded with papers and samples, and there is usually a pot of tea going somewhere. We don't have a reception desk or a waiting room. If someone comes by, they usually just knock on the door and we talk right there. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We handle a lot of the logistical stuff that people don't usually see when they go shopping. It involves a lot of checking lists and making sure deliveries are on time. We’ve been in this flat for a while and it feels like home now. There’s no corporate gloss here, just people working hard to keep the business side of retail functioning properly every day. We just try to keep things organized and simple without any unnecessary drama.
