We’ve been working on various power components and electronic bits for many years now. The space is filled with soldering irons, circuit boards, and the smell of hot metal. It isn’t the cleanest place in the world, but we know exactly where everything is kept. We don't have a big marketing department or sales team. We just focus on the hardware. Most of our days are spent fixing things or assembling new units for customers who’ve known us a long time. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so we try not to make too much noise in the evenings. We started small and stayed that way on purpose. It’s easier to manage things when you know every person on the team by name. We have a couple of wooden benches where we sit and eat lunch together. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, even when we have a big deadline breathing down our necks. We aren’t some big tech firm in a glass tower. We’re just here in Bizoi Garh doing technical work that needs doing. Some days are slow, others are a bit frantic. That is just life in a small workshop.
