We’ve been here at 29 A/H/13 Palm Avenue in Kolkata for a while now. It’s a busy spot, and the office is usually humming with the sound of fans and computers. Most days start with tea and checking through stacks of data that need sorting. There’s always someone coming in or leaving, and the phone rings more than it probably should. We don't spend much time on decorations or anything like that. Our focus is really just getting the entries right and making sure the files are where they need to be. It’s practical work, and we’ve got a small group of people who know how things run. You won't find anything too corporate-sounding about how we talk. We just show up, do the data work, and head home. It’s a straightforward operation in a busy Kolkata neighborhood, and we’ve settled into a rhythm that works for everyone in the office.
