You’ll find us at 67B on Netaji Subhas Road. We are on the first floor in Room No 29. It’s an old building, like many on this road. You have to walk up the stairs, which can be a bit steep if you’re carrying a lot of gear. We’ve been in this room for years. It’s filled with tools and hardware from floor to ceiling. The windows look out onto the street, and it’s always busy down there. We don't have a lot of space, so we have to be clever with how we stack things. Sometimes it takes a minute to find the exact size of something. We don't mind. It’s a quiet place compared to the street below. We get a lot of people who have been coming to this building for decades. They know where we are. We don't use computers for everything. There’s a lot of paper notebooks on the desk. It’s just easier for us to keep track that way. We aren't trying to be a big corporation. It’s just a couple of us working here every day. We close up for lunch usually. If you come by and the door is locked, just wait ten minutes. We’re probably just grabbing a bite nearby. It's a small operation, but it keeps us going. We know our tools and we know our customers. That's enough for us.
