Our office is tucked away in Flat 3C3 of the Active Acres complex on D.C. Dey Road. It’s a busy part of Kolkata, 700015, and there is always something going on outside. We aren't a big corporation with fancy lobbies; it’s more of a functional space where we get our venture work done. Most days, the tea kettle is the busiest thing in the room. We spend a lot of time on calls or just sitting around the main table discussing what needs to happen next. It's a bit of a climb if the elevators are acting up, but that's just part of life here. We decided to set up in this area because it felt right for us. There isn't a lot of polish to how we operate. We just show up, handle the tasks on the list, and try to keep things organized. The weather in West Bengal can be a bit much, especially in the summer, but the fans keep us going. We’ve had some long nights here, especially when things get busy, but we don't complain much. It’s just the way things go when you’re running a small operation. You learn to fix your own problems and handle the little hiccups that come with the territory. We’re just local people trying to keep the business moving forward, one day at a time, without any of the extra noise you see elsewhere. It’s simple work, but it keeps us busy enough.
