Ram Saloon

Our shop, Ram Saloon, sits at 83 Beliaghata Main Road. You can find us near Building More. It’s a busy part of the city, so there is always something going on outside the door. The shop itself is pretty basic and we like it that way. We have been here for many years, and these walls have seen a lot of different people come and go. We do haircuts and shaves for the local guys mostly. It is not a big place, just enough room for a few chairs and a small bench to sit while you wait. We don’t have a website or any of that modern stuff. People just know where we are by walking past. Usually, the radio is playing some old songs in the background. It helps pass the time when it is quiet. My father started working with hair a long time ago, and I just followed along into the business. We use simple tools and keep things traditional. The floor gets covered in hair pretty fast during the day, but we sweep it up whenever we get a tiny gap between customers. If you are coming from the Building More area, we are just a short walk away. We keep our hours regular, opening up early and staying until the evening. Sometimes we close a bit early if it’s a big holiday, but mostly we are right here at 83 Beliaghata Main Road, doing the same work we have always done.
