Our office is located at No-30/A on Raja S C Mullick Road, right near Jadavpur University. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets with all the students and the buses zooming past. We’ve been sitting in this spot for years, dealing with all sorts of property matters. It’s a small place, nothing too fancy, just enough space to sit down and go through paperwork. Being so close to the university means we get a lot of people asking about rooms or small apartments nearby. We know this stretch of road like the back of our hand. It’s not just about the big buildings; we know the little lanes and who owns what around here. Most of the time, we’re just chatting with folks who walk in off the street. We keep our records in some old folders and on the computer, trying to stay organized while the tea gets cold on the desk. There’s always someone coming in to ask about a lease or a plot of land. We don't spend money on big posters or anything. People mostly find us through word of mouth or because they were passing by the university and saw our name. It’s a busy life on this road, but we like being in the middle of it all. We just try to be helpful and give people the facts about the places they’re looking at.
