Our office is at 65, Kabi Sukanta Sarani in the Narkeldanga area. We are very close to the Narkeldanga Girls School, so it gets quite lively around here when the school day ends. You can hear the kids shouting and the rickshaws honking right outside our window. Rai Realtors is just a small local business. We don't have a big glass front or bright neon signs. It’s a simple door on a busy street. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves full of files and a couple of desks where we work. We’ve been in this neighborhood for years and know most of the families around Kabi Sukanta Sarani. It’s the kind of place where people stick their head in just to say hello even if they aren't looking for a house. We don't have a professional marketing team or anything like that. Everything we do is just based on what we know about the local streets and who is moving where. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit by the window to use the natural light. It’s not a perfect office, but it’s ours. We try to be helpful and honest with everyone who comes in. There’s no pressure here. We just take things as they come and try to keep the paperwork organized. It is just a part of the local life here.
