Radiance Fintech Services Private Limited

Our office is tucked away in the Brindawan Building over on Raja R.L. Mitra Road. We are on the fifth floor, in Flat Bf-2E, which is part of Block-A1. It is a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens now and then. This isn't some fancy corporate headquarters with glass walls. It is just a regular flat we converted into a workspace for our fintech services. We have a few desks, some computers that hum all day, and plenty of files stacked up. Kolkata can get quite noisy, but up here on the fifth floor, it stays relatively quiet so we can focus. We spend most of our time looking at data and making sure the digital side of things is running okay. The team is small, mostly people from the local Parganas South area. We know the neighborhood well and usually grab tea from the stall right outside the main gate. It is a simple life here. We come in, do our bits of data entry and processing, and talk to the folks who need help with their financial tech. There is nothing very formal about us. We wear what is comfortable and talk like normal people. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot of paperwork, but we don't mind. It is just how things go when you are running a small place like this. We just keep at it every day, day after day, making sure things get done properly for the folks who rely on us.
