Radharani Marbles

Radharani Marbles is at No. 9/5, Vishwakarma Building, Govinda Khatick Road, near Topsia Road. This part of the city is always moving, and our shop is right in the middle of it. We deal with marble that comes in big, heavy pieces. The building is older, and we have to be careful how we move things in and out. White marble dust gets on everything, even our tea cups if we aren't careful. We spend a lot of time measuring slabs and checking for cracks. It is not like a modern office at all. We have piles of samples sitting on old wooden tables. The light in the shop isn't great, so we often take pieces out to the doorway to show people how they look in the sun. We have some regulars who have been coming to us for years for their small construction jobs. We just keep our heads down and do the work. The traffic on Govinda Khatick Road is constant, so there is always a background hum of engines. Sometimes the rain leaks in a little near the back wall, but we just move the stone out of the way. It is a practical place. We don't spend money on decorations because the marble is the only thing that needs to be seen. We just show up, handle the stone, and go home tired at night.
