Our place is on the ground floor at 5/1 Ram Kumar Rakshit Lane. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes, but it works for what we do at RACHNA ROTOPACK INDUSTRIES. Being on the ground floor makes it easier to move the heavy rolls and the machinery in and out. This part of town is always busy, with people coming and going all the time. We’ve been here a while now, just doing our thing with packaging and printing. It’s not a glamorous job, honestly. There’s ink and paper everywhere, and the machines make a steady rhythm all day long. We don’t have a front desk or anyone in a suit waiting to greet you. Usually, you’ll just find one of us near the back, checking on a print run or fixing a jam. We just focus on getting the orders out on time. Sometimes the machines act up or the power flickers, but we just deal with it as it comes. It’s a local operation, and most of our customers are folks from nearby who need stuff done without a lot of hassle. We don’t bother with fancy talk or big promises. We just look at what needs to be packed or printed and we do it. It’s a living, and we’re glad to be doing it here on this lane.
