R S Power Tools is located at 12, Rani Rashmoni Road in the Dharmatala area. If you know this part of the city, you know it’s one of the busiest spots you could find. There are people everywhere and the energy is always high. Our shop is right in the middle of it all. We have shelves packed with all kinds of power tools like drills, saws, and grinders. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze inside because we try to keep a lot of items on hand for anyone who might stop by. The air usually smells a bit like new plastic and metal. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know where everything is kept. The traffic on Rani Rashmoni Road can be quite something, so we often hear horns honking all day long. We don't mind it much anymore. We just focus on helping the folks who come in looking for a tool to fix their home or a bigger piece of equipment for their job. It’s a practical business and we don't spend time on fancy speeches or polished sales pitches. We just show the tools, talk about what they do, and let the customer decide. It’s a very straightforward way of doing things, and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. Most days we are just moving boxes around or showing someone how a specific drill works. It’s fine work for us and we enjoy it.
