QUESTQUEEN PROPERTIES LLP

We have been up here on the fifth floor of 95A Park Street for a good while now. Dealing with property isn’t always easy but it is what we do every day. The office gets quite busy sometimes because we are right in the middle of Kolkata. Park Street has that constant noise from the cars and people, but you get used to it after a few years of working in this building. We mostly just handle the paperwork and the small details that come with managing different properties around the city. It is a lot of phone calls and checking on things that need fixing. Sometimes the elevator here is a bit slow so we end up waiting around or just taking the stairs if we are in a rush. Being an LLP means we are a small team, just a few of us trying to keep everything organized. We do not have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a regular workspace with desks and a lot of files. People come in to ask about spaces or talk about their lease agreements. We try to keep it all straightforward. There is no point in making things more complicated than they already are. Kolkata is a big place and the property market changes every week. We just keep our heads down and get the work done.
