QUATRE REALESTATES LLP

We set up Quatre Realestates LLP over in the Diamond Heritage Building. It’s located at 16 Strand Road, right in the B.B.D. Bagh area, which is always bustling. Our specific spot is 513/S3 on the 5th floor. It’s a big building with a lot of history around Fairley Place. Getting here can be a bit of a trek depending on the time of day, but it’s a solid location for us. We spend our days dealing with various real estate matters. The office is pretty basic. We have our computers, some chairs for visitors, and filing cabinets that are usually pretty full. We aren't a fancy outfit with a lobby and a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just says hello. It’s a busy part of the city, and we try to keep up with the pace. Working at Quatre Realestates LLP means we see a lot of different people coming through. We just handle the business at hand without making a big production out of it. The view from the 5th floor isn't anything special, but it's home for now. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall downstairs. It’s just a normal office where we do our work and try to stay organized. If you’re ever near Strand Road, that’s where you’ll find us. We don't use much marketing, just the name on the directory.
