Property Inc

We are located at 387 New Alipore, in Block G. We have been in this part of New Alipore for quite some time now. Property Inc is a small, local business that focuses on what is happening right here in our own backyard. We don't try to cover the whole city because we think it's better to know one area really well. Our office at 387 is a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. We have our files, our computers, and a lot of local knowledge that isn't written down anywhere. When people come to see us, they usually live nearby or are looking to move into the block. We don't go in for big sales pitches or anything like that. We just tell people what is available and what the prices have been doing lately. New Alipore has its own rhythm, and we’ve learned to work with it. Sometimes the rain makes it hard to get around, but we still make our rounds to check on properties. We like the people here and the way the neighborhood feels. It's not a flashy job, but it keeps us connected to the community. We've seen kids grow up and houses change hands multiple times from this office. It’s just regular life for us, helping neighbors with their property needs day in and day out without making any fuss about it.
