PROPERTY DARSHAN LLP

Our office for PROPERTY DARSHAN LLP is right in the middle of everything at 21, Hemant Basu Sarani. We are on the 5th Floor, in Room No. 521 of the Centre Point Building. This is a very busy part of Kolkata, near the BBD Bagh area, so there’s always something happening right outside. The building itself is quite large and full of different businesses, so you’re always bumping into people in the corridors or while waiting for the elevator. Our room is just one of many, but we’ve made it our own with our desks and all the files we’ve collected over time. It can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of paperwork to go through, but we make it work. The light coming in from the windows is good, but the noise from the traffic below is constant. You get used to the sound of horns and buses after a while. We don't have any fancy decorations; just the essentials for running an office. Most of our day is spent at our computers or on the phone. It’s a very practical space in a very busy part of town. We don’t try to pretend to be a giant corporation. We’re just a small team working out of Room 521, trying to keep up with the daily grind of the city. It is just another office in a building full of them, but it is where we do our thing.
