Plants

Our place is at 41 Monsatala Lane. It’s just a small spot, really. The name is simple because that’s what we deal with every day. There are pots and dirt everywhere, and sometimes it gets a bit muddy after we water everything. We don't have a big storefront or a fancy display. Most of the plants are just lined up along the wall or sitting on the ground where they can get some light. The lane is narrow, so it’s usually quiet except for the occasional scooter passing by. We spend most of our time outside or in the back room where we keep the tools. My hands are usually dirty by ten in the morning, and there’s always a leaf or two stuck to my shirt. We don’t really follow a strict schedule. If something needs planting or trimming, we just do it. It’s a lot of physical work, bending down and moving heavy pots around. We have a small bench where we sit when we need a break, usually with a glass of water. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We just care for the greenery and hope it grows well. Sometimes the neighbors stop by just to say hello or ask a quick question. It’s a very local way of doing things. We like it this way, even if it’s a bit messy and the floors are never really clean. We just get on with the work that needs doing.
